A Peanut and a Robot

Description

I've gone through two tutorials of Blender so far and this is what I've accomplished so far: an ugly looking peanut and a crappy looking robot. XD I hope to continue and improve, though I'll never get as good as :iconprimantis: (my inspiration to even try this program). I must say, though, that I'm at least getting the hang of some of the basic commands. However, I have no idea how to change the camera angle on renders. lol I know how to pan from left to right, but not how to show, like, a front view of the robot in a render. Bah, I'll get it eventually.

Hey not off to a bad start^^

There's many ways to rotate the camera. One way is to select the camera in object mode, and press R, or R twice, then start moving around the mouse. This rotates it, and you'll have to point it where you want it. (you can also move it by pressing G and dragging)

The other way (which is what I use) is to move to camera mode (highlight your Camera and press Ctrl-Numpad0) and press R once or Twice, then start moving around the cursor. What you see within the boxed area is what will be in the render.

You can also move the camera around in Camera Mode by pressing G.

Theres a few other ways that involve a bit more setup, but give you more automation, but ill leave it at that.
